Refund & Cancellation Policy

When and how consultation and second-opinion fees are refunded or rescheduled.

Cancellations by you

  • Online consultation: cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your confirmed time for a full refund. If you cancel later or miss the call, we will offer one free reschedule; the fee is not refunded.
  • Second opinion: full refund if you cancel before the dentist starts reviewing your records. Once your written opinion has been sent, the fee is not refundable.
  • Clinic enquiry: free, so there is nothing to refund.

If we cannot deliver

If we need to move your consultation, you can choose a new time or a full refund. Written second opinions are sent within 2 working days of receiving your payment and records; if we cannot meet that, you can have a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent to the UPI ID or bank account you paid from, within 5–7 working days of being approved. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email contact@askmydentist.in with your booking reference.
