Is an online dental consultation safe and useful?
It is useful for understanding symptoms, urgency and options. It cannot replace an in-person examination, and the dentist will tell you when you need to be seen.
How do I pay?
By UPI to our business account. Your booking is confirmed once we verify the payment.
Can I get a refund?
See our refund and cancellation policy for the exact rules. If we cannot deliver your consultation, you will be offered a new time or a refund.
Who can see my X-rays and photos?
Only the consulting dentist and authorised staff, through short-lived secure links. Files are never public.
Do you offer consultations in Tamil?
Yes, in Tamil and English.
Do you treat patients at a clinic?
We provide online guidance and second opinions. If you need in-person treatment, send a free clinic enquiry and we will help you find suitable care.
