Online consultation
Talk to a dentist online, from home
Not sure whether your tooth problem is urgent, or what kind of dentist you need? An online consultation lets you describe the problem to a qualified dentist, show photos, and leave with a clear next step, without taking time off or sitting in a waiting room.

What an online consultation can help with
- Understanding what may be causing tooth pain, sensitivity, swelling or bleeding gums
- Deciding how urgently you should see a dentist in person: today, this week, or at your next routine visit
- Knowing which kind of treatment or specialist to ask about, so your first clinic visit is more useful
- Questions about a treatment your dentist has suggested, before you agree to it
- Advice on children's teeth, teething and early dental habits
- Looking after your mouth while you wait for an appointment
What it cannot do
An online consultation is guidance, not a substitute for an examination in a dental chair. A dentist cannot tap, probe or X-ray a tooth over a video call, so some problems can only be confirmed in person. If the dentist feels you need to be seen, they will tell you clearly and explain what to ask for at the clinic.
We will never pretend a problem is minor to avoid that conversation. Being honest about the limits of online care is part of giving good advice.
How it works
- Choose your concern, a preferred day and time, and whether you want video, phone or WhatsApp.
- Pay ₹299 by UPI. Your booking is confirmed once the payment is verified.
- We confirm the time on WhatsApp from our business number. The dentist's personal number is never shared.
- Talk to the dentist in English or Tamil. Keep clear photos of the area ready.
- Get a short summary of the advice and the suggested next steps.
Getting the most from your call
- Take photos in daylight or under a bright light, with your mouth open wide; a second person holding the phone helps.
- Note when the problem started, what makes it better or worse, and whether it wakes you at night.
- Keep any X-rays, reports or treatment plans from previous dentists handy.
- Mention medical conditions, pregnancy and any medicines you take regularly.
Go to a hospital emergency department instead if
Do not wait for an online appointment if you have:
- Swelling spreading to the eye, neck or floor of the mouth
- Difficulty breathing or swallowing
- High fever with facial swelling
- Heavy bleeding that does not stop with firm pressure
- A facial injury after an accident or fall
